Saleem Iqbal

A desk, not a committee
Founding President Saleem Iqbal leads the Forum and supervises every case file it publishes. The Senior Vice President and the Vice President stand in for him and carry the Forum's work in their own districts; the General Secretary keeps its records, meetings and correspondence.
The Press and Media Secretary issues the statements of the Forum and runs its social pages; the Legal Affairs Coordinator is the liaison with the lawyers who take up the cases; the Women and Youth Coordinator runs mentorship and training for young writers; the Finance Secretary keeps the accounts of a non-profit organisation; provincial coordinators gather the reports of member journalists in their provinces.
